ASI young scholar award for Dr. Lars Leszczensky and Dr. Sebastian Pink
The German working group of social science institutes (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Sozialwissenschaftlicher Institute e.V., ASI) has granted this year’s young scholar award (Nachwuchspreis) to the MZES sociologists Dr. Lars Leszczensky and Dr. Sebastian Pink for their 2019 article „What Drives Ethnic Homophily? A Relational Approach on How Ethnic Identification Moderates Preferences for Same-Ethnic Friends”, which has been published in the “American Sociological Review”.
The award recognizes excellent contributions to social science research and is endowed with 500 Euro.
