Growing up in Diverse Societies – The Integration of the Children of Immigrants in England, Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden

The new book "Growing up in Diverse Societies" by Professor Frank Kalter and colleagues uses data from England, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden to build a comprehensive image of ethnic minority youth and integration. It Explores a wide range of themes of integration including language proficiency, host country identification, and economic means and features helpful graphics to clearly display facts and figures. The book is based on the results of the MZES project Children of Immigrants Longitudinal Survey in Four European Countries (CILS4EU).

The book has been presented to the public on October 17 in an event organized by the the German Center for Integration and Migration Research (DeZIM), Berlin.
