New scientific staff member: Hannah Soiné
Since July 2019, Hannah Soiné has been working as a researcher in the project “Children of Immigrants Longitudinal Survey in Four European Countries (CILS4EU)”. Her office is in room A 114 (extension: 2857).
She studied sociology at the University of Mannheim and the University of Amsterdam (Netherlands). In her Master’s thesis on ethnic discrimination she studied differences in the perception of various ethnic outgroups and factors that influence this perception. Currently, she is a doctoral student at the Center for Doctoral Studies in Social and Behavioral Sciences (CDSS) at the University of Mannheim. Her dissertation under supervision of Prof. Irena Kogan deals with the role of regional German accents on the labor market.
