Professor Thomas Gschwend and Professor Rüdiger Schmitt-Beck presenting at the University of Mannheim’s "Schlossfest", September 9

This year’s "Schlossfest" at the University of Mannheim on September 9 will again offer a rich scientific programme, including contributions by Professor Thomas Gschwend and Professor Rüdiger Schmitt-Beck. As a participant in the "Science Marathon", Rüdiger Schmitt-Beck will shed light on the deeper causes of party preferences. Thomas Gschwend will invite the audience to test the formula of the "chancellor model", which he developed together with Professor Helmut Norpoth in order to predict the results of German federal elections.
