p. 507-526 in: Michael Marsh, Slava Mikhaylov, Hermann Schmitt (Eds.): European Elections after Eastern Enlargement. Preliminary Results from the European Election Study 2004. 2007. Mannheim: CONNEX
[CONNEX Report Series; 1]
