DFG funding for Roni Lehrer’s research on the causes and consequences of prime ministerial change
MZES Fellow Dr. Roni Lehrer has been granted funding from the German Research Foundation (DFG) for his project B2.2022 “Causes and Consequences of Prime Ministerial Change“.
The aim of the project is to investigate the determinants and consequences of prime ministerial (PM) change in parliamentary democracies. Specifically, the project team will use survey experiments and data on several democracies’ PMs and parties from 1945 onwards to address the question of why and when PM change happens and how PM change affects voter’s attitudes towards political parties and governments. The project is funded for three years.
