DFG funding for Professor Herbert Bless and colleagues for research on financial inequalities and their consequences

The DFG has granted funding for the project A2.2016 “Objective and Subjectively Experienced Financial Inequalities in Income and Wealth and Their Consequences” by Professor Herbert Bless and colleagues.

The project aims to investigate whether and how subjective representations of financial inequality are related to the mediators proposed in previous research (e.g. trust, status competition, perceived fairness) and whether there is a causal relationship between subjective and objective financial inequality and the postulated mediators.
