New scientific staff member: Konstantin Gavras

Since February 2019, Konstantin Gavras has been working as researcher in the project B3.21 "Fighting Together, Moving Apart? European Common Defence and Shared Security in an Age of Brexit and Trump" (Prof. Dr. Harald Schoen).

He studied political science at the University of Mannheim. In his Master's thesis on political institutions, party competition and public opinion in Europe he studied the institutional and political conditions under which political elites are able to influence public opinion.
