Tobias Weiß new scientific staff member

In October 2019, Tobias Weiß started working as researcher in the project “The Populist Challenge in Parliament” (PD Dr. Christian Stecker). Before, he was employed as a student assistant at the MZES for more than two years. His office is in room A-245 (extension -2840).

Tobias Weiß studied political science, Islamic and religious studies at Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen and Karl-Ruprecht-Universität Heidelberg. In his master thesis on support for democracy in Europe, he investigated the effects of belonging to a religious community and individual religiosity, focusing in particular on differences between Muslims and non-Muslims.
