Bader, Naomi

In August 2025, Naomi Bader started working at the MZES in the project “Analysis of the Current Situation of Integration in Baden-Württemberg and the Implementation of the Participation and Integration Act”. Naomi is a doctoral candidate at the Graduate School of Economics and Social Sciences and works as an academic staff member at the Chair of General Sociology. Before moving to Mannheim, Naomi obtained a double master’s degree, which includes an M.Sc. in Population Studies from the University of Groningen and an M.Sc. in Social Research from the University of Cologne. Naomi’s current research focusses on informal care provision and labour market outcomes in migrant and non-migrant families.
