New scientific staff member: Dr. Stefanie Heyne

Since March 2021, Dr. Stefanie Heyne has been working as a researcher in the project “Partnership Formation in the Context of Refugee Migration (PARFORM)” (Prof. Irena Kogan).

Stefanie Heyne studied sociology, political science and philosophy in Mannheim and Heidelberg. She worked in the project “Young Women's Labour Market Chances in Muslim Middle Eastern and Northern African Countries” (MZES) and as a teaching associate at the University of Bamberg. In 2017 she received her doctorate from the University of Mannheim with a thesis on “Culture and female labor force participation in international comparison”. Before joining PARFROM, she worked as a post-doctoral fellow and teaching associate at the LMU Munich.
